Refunds Policy

All cancellations will attract a $150 minimum cancellation fee.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for our depot to depot service. Refunds will be processed directly onto the credit card used for the initial payment, less the cancellation fee. Bookings that are cancelled within 48 hours prior to drop off to our depots will not be refunded at all.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance for our door to door service. Refunds will be processed directly onto the credit card used for the initial payment less the cancellation fee. Bookings that are cancelled within 72 hours of collection will not be refunded at all.

If we have already despatched a truck to collect your vehicle and the booking is then cancelled then you will not be eligible for any refund.

If we have despatched a truck left a space on that truck specifically for your vehicle and you cancel your booking, you will not be eligible for any refund. (Example if we have a truck running Adelaide to Darwin and we leave a space to collect a vehicle in Alice Springs that then cancels).
