Due to volumes we have several depots in each State. Until a booking is placed and confirmed we cannot confirm the depot address. All addresses are on your tax invoice with your booking details that are sent from our office.
We only operate Monday to Friday during business hours. Please allow enough time when dropping off a car for us to complete the condition report.
This is really easy, we class "cars" as sedans and hatches, and include Ford Falcon & Holden Commodore utes. All other vehicles are classed as 4WD / Vans. This includes all tray back vehicles, 4WD & 2WD utes and all vans (even if they are small). As a tip look at the shape of your car, if its 4WD shape them its a 4WD, even little things like Suzuki Jimny Jeeps. If your unsure just ask before you book.
No, sorry we only transport empty vehicles to keep the costs down. As an alternative consider moving your packaged items with our freight division.

Yes we need someone to sign for the vehicle and accept the condition report for the vehicle.
No we will allow a car to stay at the depot for 3 days after we have notified you of its arrival. After that storage fees may apply.
Registration is not required but vehicles must be in a roadworthy drivable condition.

In most cases we will give you an online tracking number to track the progress of your vehicle movement. We will of course contact you once your car reaches its destination.
Yes, all cars are covered by our warranty for its market value up to $80,000. Additional cover can be arranged if required.
As long as the car has 15cm clearance from the ground all around the car we can transport it. A good test for this is to use a drinks can and if it fits under the car all the way around, its usually OK.
We charge a flat cancellation fee of $150. The balance will be refunded onto your credit card. If a vehicle has already been collected or we have set off to collect a vehicle then there will be additional fees.
